In 2024, Michaleen’s Florist entered an exciting new chapter: the business was lovingly passed on to Michaleen’s longtime protégé and mentee, Cary Lee Coryell, and her partner Luca T. Romano. As dedicated floral designers and passionate small business owners, Cary and Luca have guided the shop through a smooth and successful transition—honoring Michaleen’s legacy while bringing fresh energy and vision to the future of the business. Michaleen remains an active part of the team and still works on weddings, sharing her creativity and experience with each new generation of couples.
