Out of town Brides in Ithaca, NY
Don't worry out-of-towners! We receive calls and emails all the time from brides that are concerned with planning their Ithaca wedding while they are living out of town. Many of our brides are from outside of Ithaca, and we do our best to make sure that the out-of-town planning process runs smoothly. We encourage our brides to set up a phone consultation where we can discuss their floral needs and provide them with an estimate if they are not available to come into our shop for a face-to-face meeting. We also appreciate when brides email us photos of their ideas, bouquets and color choices. Then we can look over those images, as well as our website during the consultation. We have helped to plan weddings for brides that were living in such areas as France, England and even Iraq. We are currently booking weddings for 2009. Congratulations to Gary and Lori! We were thrilled to see both of them come pick up their flowers in their wedding attire! Lori looked beautiful in her gown, and Gary was very handsome in his tuxedo. After they picked up their flowers, they were off to celebrate at the Statler. Congratulations again from all of us at Michaleen's!

The wedding season is now well under way here at Michaleen's. The middle of June is a wonderful time for a wedding because this is the only time when peonies are available. This year we have had beautiful lush local peonies in shades of whites and pinks. Below are some of our most recent bridal bouquets made with peonies.
